AC4S' Project Management Institute-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) leaders provide exceptional customer support ensuring our customers' projects are completed on-time, on-schedule, and within budget. Our Microsoft SharePoint Project Management Plan implementations provide the customer with near-real time access to the status of their projects' service delivery including cost, schedule, performance, Human Resources, Communications, Quality Assurance, and Risk Management.
AC4S provides our customers with highly qualified intelligence professionals who perform a wide range of expert intelligence support services to government customers to contend with threats at home and abroad.
Training Development and Execution
Our methods detail training and education requirements of increasing complexity, taking personnel from basic/introductory level subject matter through advanced areas and encompass a wide variety of training and educational venues including live courses, online courses, virtual environments, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), lectures, and facilitated discussions.  We develop and maintain content in coordination with our customers, assisting them in the management, monitoring, and reporting of the training infrastructure, including personnel progress/achievements and Weekly Status Reports.  We design scenarios and exercises directly linked to courses material to maximize student participation.  Additionally, we periodically instruct at locations throughout the world via Mobile Training Teams (MTTs).  AC4S routinely applies an enterprise approach to ensure the programs , courseware, and instruction are in full compliance with the training vision and requirements established by the customer.
Grants Management
Our Grants Management specialists provide grants administration, monitoring and evaluation, language translation, budget, information technology (IT), and project support; conference/training facilitation; and networking and alumni support in cooperation with grant making agencies and the grantee community.  Our support ensures that grants are managed properly and that Federal dollars are spent in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.  We provide day-to-day management of grants and are responsible for all business and financial management matters relating to grant review, negotiation, award, and administration.  In addition, we interpret and enforce grants administration policies and provisions, review progress reports, and participate in site visits.  We successfully provide these services to the Office of the U.S. Middle East Partnership Initiative's (MEPI's) mission supporting indigenous efforts to build more pluralistic, participatory, and prosperous societies in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.  MEPI is strengthening the sustainability and capacity of those that serve as the region's most dedicated and successful agents of change; and MEPI has funded projects implemented by more than 250 such organizations working to advance reform in their home countries.
