The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency provides timely, relevant, and accurate geospatial intelligence support which bolsters national security at home and abroad. The Expeditionary Operations Office, a Command Component of NGA, has oversight and direction authority for Global Support Services (GSS) in expeditionary environments worldwide, This support encompasses but is not limited to planning operations, technical support, and the preparation and deployment of personnel, equipment, and logistics requirements to meet NGA’s mission and the mission of the Department of Defense.
AC4S’s contract supports the NGA’s Expeditionary Operations Office requirement for logistical support activities via our Deployment Logistical Support (DLS2) prime contract. This vehicle is the primary mechanism for delivering logistical support to the NGA mission in deployed and crisis environments. AC4S is an Authorized Service Center providing support services for lighting control, audio/visual, shades and similar products manufactured by Lutron Electronics Co., Inc.
Services include start-up, which include “turn-on” and “energizing,” programming, maintenance service and repairs, and warranty repairs for Lutron customers at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The R2-3G Contract vehicle is a multiple award task order contract that consists of eighteen separate Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Requirements for a broad range of services are competed as task orders against these eighteen contracts and awards are designed to be executed within 120 days from solicitation. The aggregate ceiling value of the eighteen prime contracts over a 5 year period of performance which began in July, 2010, is $16.4B. The R2-3G Contract can be used by any Government agency that uses federal funds. Customers include, Department of State, NASA, DoD, Commerce, etc. The R2 program offers federal managers an efficient and effective means of acquiring critical, near obsolete items, thus sustaining crucial weapon systems, mitigating system downtime, and serving the immediate needs of the war-fighters and peacekeepers.
The scope of the ITES-2S contract includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of Army netcentric goals with Information Technology (IT) services worldwide. Ordering is open to, Army, DoD and other Federal Agencies through the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS). CHESS is the Army's "Primary Source" to support the War fighter's Information Dominance objectives by developing, implementing, and managing Information Technology contracts that provide enterprise-wide net centric hardware, software and support services for the Army.
The purpose of DESP III is to provide the Air Force with high caliber engineering and technical services to support all Air Force Material Command (AFMC) weapon systems, subsystems, and related processes. The DESP III contract will address technical and administrative requirements necessary to create and implement a program to provide design and engineering/technical support services for the Department of Defense mission weapon systems, components, and support equipment (including engineering design, integration, system modifications, limited manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and supportive operations/processes). This contract vehicle may be used by AFMC, the Army Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM), all other Air Force/Army commands, DOD agencies (e.g., Navy, Marines), and other government entities (e.g., NASA, DOE, DOT, DOS, EPA, OSHA, Coast Guard, Homeland Security, FAA, FEMA, etc.) having similar systems and/or needs.
The ENCORE II contracts provide IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG). These contracts may be used by the Military Services, the Department of Defense (DoD) and other agencies of the Federal Government.
The TEIS III contract is the third iteration of the TEIS contract. This contract enables the U.S. Army to continue to transform to a network-centric knowledge based force, and provide Information Technology (IT) support services to the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (USACE-LCMC) and Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) as well as other Federal Agencies.
AC4S is part of Team CSSS is comprised of CSSS.NET along with a select group of specialized subcontractors for “USAMS II.” The USAMS Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract supports all missions and requirements of USSTRATCOM. Support is coordinated through the 55th Contracting Squadron for subordinate and supporting agencies, component commands, some supported agencies, and other organizations such as Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) and the Air Force Weather Agency (AFWA). These efforts include the specific mission areas as well as the following Joint Functional Component Commands (JFCCs): Global Strike (GS); Integrated Missile Defense (IMD); Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR); Network Warfare (NW) and Space. Also included are the following Functional Components: Joint Information Operations Warfare Command (JIOWC), Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO), STRATCOM Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction (SCC-WMD), and the Global Innovation and Strategy Center (GISC). Team CSSS delivers essential capabilities to HQ USSTRATCOM, JFCCs, AFWA and others choosing USAMS as the preferred contract vehicle.
AC4S is assisting L-3 STRATIS in fulfilling the U.S. Special Operations Command's requirement for Application Management for SITEC. Services are provided in three main areas: Application Maintenance, Application Development, and Application End-User Training. For Application Maintenance we assist with repairing errors and defects of new or existing GOTS/COTS applications and logical databases. For Application Development we assist with development activities associated with development of application enhancements, and related modifications, on undeveloped, new, existing or GOTS/COTS applications and logical databases. Application Development activities include program management services associated with new applications, requirements and design services, programming and development services, integration and testing services, code migration services, software configuration management services, and technical change management services. For Application End-User Training we assist with either classroom style or computer-based training services for existing, new or enhanced applications developed by the Contractor or developed by the Government. This requirement for training includes the development of any training related documentation.
AC4S is assisting L-3 STRATIS with fulfilling the U.S. Special Operations Command's requirement for Specialty Services related to JSOC, TSOC, and Special Access Program Support. On this contract we provide IT service delivery management support services for the ongoing IT lifecycle operations management of Data Centers, Distributed Computing, Applications Management and provide short and long term deployment IT support. We provide the full scope of IT support in a very dynamic environment with increased personnel security and training requirements. The contract includes support in remote locations, including war zones and short-notice travel requirements.
AC4S is assisting Jacobs Engineering with fulfilling the US Special Operations Command requirement for support services in the areas of Global Battlestaff Program Support. Support areas include Global Battlestaff and Intelligence Support, Acquisition and Logistics Management Support, and Business Operations and Financial Management Support.

This procurement effort is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) in accordance with FAR 19.14. PACTS provides a wide range of services for the Department through four comprehensive functional categories (FCs): FC1 – Program Management, FC2 – Administrative, FC3 – Clerical, and FC4 – Technical.
